I’m Amarjeetsinh Jhala, a professional wildlife and nature photographer based in India, and the creator of Focused Nature By AJ. My work is driven by a deep passion for capturing the true essence of birds, animals, and natural landscapes in their wild, untouched environments. Photography, for me, is more than creating images—it is about observing life in its purest form and preserving moments that often go unnoticed.

India’s extraordinary biodiversity inspires everything I do. From dense forests and wetlands to open grasslands and rural landscapes, I spend extensive time in the field documenting wildlife in their natural habitats. I’m especially drawn to quiet, intimate moments—birds at rest, animals interacting naturally—as well as powerful scenes that reflect the strength, movement, and survival instincts of wildlife. Patience, careful observation, and an understanding of animal behavior are central to my approach.
